Spotnose Ball Python: Genetics and Pairing Odds
Spotnose is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) gene. One copy gives the Spotnose look, and two copies make the Power Ball, a stronger version of it. Bred to a normal, a Spotnose gives about half Spotnose babies; a Power Ball gives Spotnose babies every time.
