Bamboo Ball Python: Genetics and Pairing Odds
Bamboo is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) gene. One copy gives the Bamboo look, and two copies make the Super Bamboo (BEL), a stronger version of it. Bred to a normal, a Bamboo gives about half Bamboo babies; a Super Bamboo (BEL) gives Bamboo babies every time.
