Orange Dream Ball Python: Genetics and Pairing Odds
Orange Dream is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) gene. One copy gives the Orange Dream look, and two copies make the Super Orange Dream, a stronger version of it. Bred to a normal, a Orange Dream gives about half Orange Dream babies; a Super Orange Dream gives Orange Dream babies every time.
In Lock and Lay, Orange Dream can't be bought at the start. It turns up only as a spontaneous mutation, from a lucky egg, and the first breeder to hatch one gets their name on the discovery board.
