Co-dominant ball python gene · super form: Super Disco
Disco Ball Python: Genetics and Pairing Odds
Disco is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) gene. One copy gives the Disco look, and two copies make the Super Disco, a stronger version of it. Bred to a normal, a Disco gives about half Disco babies; a Super Disco gives Disco babies every time.
In Lock and Lay, Disco can't be bought at the start. It turns up only as a spontaneous mutation, from a lucky egg, and the first breeder to hatch one gets their name on the discovery board.
