Co-dominant ball python gene · super form: Super Bang
Bang Ball Python: Genetics and Pairing Odds
Bang is a co-dominant (incomplete dominant) gene. One copy gives the Bang look, and two copies make the Super Bang, a stronger version of it. Bred to a normal, a Bang gives about half Bang babies; a Super Bang gives Bang babies every time.
In Lock and Lay, Bang can't be bought at the start. It turns up only as a spontaneous mutation, from a lucky egg, and the first breeder to hatch one gets their name on the discovery board.
